    Spinjo Close Account Guide

Closing an account at Spinjo is straightforward. Here's exactly how it works.

You can close your Spinjo account at any time, for any reason. There are no fees, no penalty and no questions asked. The steps below walk you through it.

    1. 1

      Withdraw Your Balance

Cash out any remaining balance through the cashier first. We can't return funds after closure if a withdrawal hasn't been requested.

    2. 2

      Open a Support Chat

Click the chat icon at the bottom right, or email support@spinjo.vip. Tell us you'd like to close your account.

    3. 3

      Choose a Reason (Optional)

We'll ask why so we can improve, but you don't have to share. If it's gambling-related, we'll offer self-exclusion options as well.

    4. 4

      Confirmation

Once we confirm there's no open bonus or pending withdrawal, the account is closed within 24 hours. You'll receive a confirmation email.

    Self-Exclusion vs Closure

Closing an account is reversible: you can reopen it later by contacting support. Self-exclusion is a stronger commitment that locks you out for a fixed period (6 months, 1 year or 5 years) and can't be reversed early, even on request. If you're closing because gambling has stopped being fun, self-exclusion is usually the safer choice.

    Your Data After Closure

By law we retain account and transaction records for at least 7 years after closure for tax and anti-money-laundering purposes. After that, records are deleted or fully anonymised. You can request a copy of your data at any time by emailing privacy@spinjo.vip.
