These terms govern your access to and use of Spinjo. By registering an account or using the site, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use Spinjo.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, a resident of a jurisdiction where online gambling is legal for you, and acting on your own behalf with your own funds. We verify age and identity before any withdrawal.

Account Rules

One account per person, household and device. Multiple accounts will be closed and any winnings forfeited. Keep your login details confidential. You're responsible for all activity on your account. Notify support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

Deposits & Withdrawals

Funds must come from a source in your own name. We may require additional documentation to verify the source of funds. Withdrawals are paid to the same method used to deposit where possible. See the Payments page for current methods and limits.

Bonuses

Every bonus has specific terms (wagering, max bet, eligible games, expiry). Wagering above the cap, irregular play patterns and bonus abuse can result in the bonus and any winnings being voided.

Fair Play & Errors

All games use certified random number generators. In the rare event of a technical error in a game or transaction, we reserve the right to void the result and refund any related stake.

Disputes

If you have a complaint, contact support first. Unresolved disputes can be escalated to our designated alternative dispute resolution provider, details available on request.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes are announced at least 14 days in advance through email and an on-site notice.
